Shipping Policy
Please allow 72 hours for payments to process. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on location, after payment is fufilled. Once your package is shipped, P Lux Raw Hair Extensions is not responsible for any issues that may arise. For assistance, please contact USPS. If you have further questions, feel free to email us. No we do not offer rush services.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed for damaged items or mistakes on our part. To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service email at info@pluxhair.com. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. The exchanged items must be unused, in the original condition, and include the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, along with a well detailed description of mistake. Upon receiving your item, we will send an email confirming its arrival and notify you once the new item has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

If you purchase bundles, wigs, etc., not currently in stock, the turnaround time is 5-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once your package has been shipped, including shipment details.
