All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed for damaged items or mistakes on our part. To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service email at info@pluxhair.com. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. The exchanged items must be unused, in the original condition, and include the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and proof of any damages is required.
